In order to remove or eliminate any illness or sickness, it needs longer time or period. Doctor able to do the treatment for each of the illness, but in order to restore our health, we have to reorganize and plan our eating habits. It has strong relationship with rest hour as well as exercise.

 I heard that human’s body cell will get renewed every 7 years. It is logical and makes sense for this statement. This is because I also take around 7 years to really make myself in healthy condition. Hence, appropriate eating habits not because of modernization but actually it is a lifestyle.

 

Treatment for lung inflammation

 

Ingredients: (for 3 servings)

White fungus 80g

Lily 60g

Chinese Yam 60g

South Apricot 25g

Red dates 10 pcs

Hot water 600cc

 

Methods:

  1. Cleanse the red dates well, remove the seed and ready for use.
  2. Put the white fungus, lily, Chinese yam into electrical cooker. Ready for use.
  3. Cleanse the south apricot and boil with water about 2 minutes. Rinse off the water and keep to use.
  4. Put the above ingredients sequentially into the mixer, beat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the 100g of white fungus into electric mixer, beat for 1 to 10 rounds, and then from 10 to 1 for about 3 times.
  6. Beat the ingredients to become particles and ready for use.
