I have to leave to United States on 20th Feb from Penang to Kuala Lumpur. My flights are from Kuala Lumpur was connecting through Singapore, Japan to Los Angeles. I am stay with Singapore Airlines for all these flights. Previously i was flying to United States with Cathay Pasific. Now i experience the difference of services provided by Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pasific.

The main difference that i noticed in the planes was the air stewardess. Air stewardess in SQ are more pretty and polite compared to Cathay Pasific. There’s one Japanese air stewardess was so sweet and pretty, the services provided also excellent. Besides, she can also speaks in fluent english as we know that many of the Japanese might not speaking english well. The journey from Japan to LA was far, but the services provided by the air crew were far more better than Cathay Pasific.

Next, the food served in SQ are more tasty and more variety compared with Cathay Pasific. One of my favourite food in plane are japanese pork rice. It  is so tasty that i finished the whole plate of rice, as normally i am not keen on taking rice. The texture of the meat was so smooth and the taste is just perfect for meals in air craft. I am really thank ful to the air crew for the good services that provided, the professionalism of the air crew members. I still remembered i have to walk to the food cabin at the back of Cathay flight in order to get a cup of water during midnite, there was like don’t have any air stewardess inside a plane.

The attitude of Singapore Airline crew members are much more polite and patient compared to Cathay Pasific Airline air crafts. Air stewardess are caring towards passenger for SQ flight, there’s one air craft member asking if i was not favour on one of the food that been served. They are open for suggestions and improvement. THis is a great and good signs of services area.
