Time is flying, another year been passed and today is Mother’s day again! Last year celebration seems like still vivid in my mind:) How about you? What you felt on this special occasion?

I brought my mother for shopping today and it seems like crowded everywhere…shopping complex, food store, coffee corners …and even the traffic was jam. I believe everyone was arranging for special events/ activities for their mother. It was such a special occasion to everyone. I am very thankful and gladful to GOD as i have a very good and caring mother. I love her so much as she brought up us with so much love and passion. We are in love with mom….forever…

There are so much gift that i want to share with mother but somehow there are limitation in my budget:( If it is possible, i would like to bring her travel around the world. I think it has been such a long period that mother have no chance to go travel. I still remember that mother said she wanted to go China again since her last trip about 10 years ago. She sacrificed alot because of me & my siblings.. She poured so much love and invested so many time on each of us.

Therefore, today is a very special day to mother. I brought her out for dinner as usually she is the only cook and chef at home. Today is the day she suppose to enjoy and relaz. Hence,we brought her to the place she loved to eat and enjoy the most. I was also spent few hours doing the home made cheese cake for mother because cheese cake is one of her favorite dessert^^

It is so coincidence that on the next day I saw the advertisement of this coffee house on newspaper.

From the advertisement, there are few dishes that captured my attention and curiosity which I told myself that I must pay a visit soon. The cereal crackers chicken chop is very attractive and looked unique and delicious which I never taste before. As describe in newspaper, this dish was learnt by the owner cum the chef from Singapore five star hotel. I guess that was the main dish in the shop as it is so special. Besides, there are few side dishes that sound interesting to me. It looked like Mexican dish Tortillas, golden triangle crispy kind of biscuits with the topping of spicy chilies sauces. The color of the dish is so tempting to me. I must try this when I go over the shop.

There are desserts as well in the menu; chocolate melted cake served with vanilla ice cream is perfect match to me. Another specialty dessert served was ice cream poured with melted chocolate. This definitely will make people fall in love with the dessert. Actually main intention for me is to try the green tea coffee which was advertised in the newspaper. I was in love with coffee and there are lot kinds of coffee flavor in recent days. Cappuccino is another coffee that I would like to try the most. I think I must visit the shop as soon as possible else I will think of it most of the day.

It has been long time i haven’t take this dish- Rojak. Anyone familiar with this food? It is a kind of food with mixture of varieties of fruit and with shrimp paste. Rojak is Malaysia local food and very popular among three different races.

Every races has its own Rojak style, the taste is different as well. For Malay, the Rojak always contains fried bean curd, combined with most of the locak fruits like jambu, pineapple, cucumber, turnip. While for chinese, there are some additional ingredients added like cuttle fish, fried oily stick ( a kind of bread). For Indian Rojak, the ingredients are totally different with Chinese and Malay Rojak. The paste is definately different in taste, colour and ingredients which make the paste. Indian’s Rojak is oranges in color,on the other hand, the normal Rojak is in black colour. Smell of the Rojak also different hugely. There are some people who dislike Rojak due to its’ strong smell….

Besides, Indian’s rojak consist of turnip which sliced thinly, fried shrimp biscuit, egg which cut into halves or slices, bean curd and peanuts. I love both kind of Rojak as i don’t like heavy food like rice. However, Rojak actually very heaty and oily, eating too much of Rojak will add on body weight and also toxic to body. Despite all these considerations, i will still take the chance to taste both kind of Rojak:)
